  • What are Binary Options?

    Falcon Finance is a web-based trading platform. No download is necessary and you may open an account and start trading in a matter of minutes.

  • What is the time format on the site?

  • What is the minimum deposit amount?

    Minimum deposit amount is 10 USD

  • What currency can I use for trading?

    You can open an account in USD or Bitcoin currency. Please note that once you choose your account currency and make a deposit you will not be able to change it afterwards.

    You can open a free account without making a deposit. Once you fund your account you will be able to begin live trading.

  • How to open an account with Falcon Finance?

    To open an account with Falcon Finance, click on the Open Account button, fill in the forms, accept our Terms and Conditions and upload identity verification documents through our file submission system.

  • What documents do I have to provide for the account verification?

    You will be requested to submit the following verification documents:
    1. A Photo ID. It must be government issued and can be a passport, national ID or driver’s license.
    2. Proof of address such as a utility bill or bank statement. This must verify your physical or billing address in the country of your residency.
    These documents should be scanned and uploaded through our document submission system.

  • How can I view my past trades?

    You may view your past trades by logging in and clicking on My Account button first and then selecting Investments History. After that you may, choose the Expired positions and view your past trades.

  • I forgot my password. What should I do?

    Click on the “Forgot your password” message located next to the User Email button at the top of the website and follow the instructions to reset your password.

  • How to make a withdrawal from my account?

    In order to make a withdrawal please go to My Account >Cashier and place a withdrawal request. Please note that your funds must be withdrawn using the same payment method that was used when making a deposit.

  • How long does it take to process a withdrawal request?

    Once a withdrawal form is submitted, it can take up to 3 business days to approve and process the request.

  • How often can I withdraw my money?
